1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:

Please note: Returns due to “change of mind” or personal preference are generally not eligible, especially for cosmetics, skincare tools, and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
2. Timeframe & Proof

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

You may need to provide photo evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Refunds & Replacements

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, altered, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Cosmetics, skincare tools, and personal items cannot be returned unless defective.
